The ‘Graphitas CMS’ is our bespoke web based Content Management System and can be tailored to meet the individual requirements of each client. The system has a basic set of modules that come as standard with every CMS driven project, but its bespoke nature means that no two systems are the same. The system is developed in ASP, with a PHP version coming soon and is built in a way that makes the websites it powers ‘future proof’. By this, we mean that the CMS can be continually built upon and grown and new innovations in the web can be integrated into the core system.
The basic system allows our clients to manage and control the following elements:
- Site Templates
- Database content
- META data
- Imagery
- Content on all designated pages
- Categories.
The ‘Graphitas CMS’ has been used by e-commerce clients, through to large corporations that all want to maintain a sense of control over their website content.
The e-commerce module that is available gives the client the following elements:
- Product, Category and brand management
- E-Voucher and discount code management
- Order management (i.e. printable invoice and packing slips)
- Full reporting facility
- Page, image and content management
All versions of our CMS are controlled by a central master administrator who can assign different levels of access to multiple users. This allows our system to be fully integrated into large organisations where many different departments may need to update their own area of the website.
